...of things we'll Never DO AGAIN!!!
We decided to take advantage of the Questar Gas rebate for adding attic insulation. So, we, excitedly, purchased our 35 bags of attic insulation, and had it delivered to our house on Friday, along with the "Hopper" (aka: machine I was responsible for dumping the bags of insulation into, which then shoots it through the 40' hose and out into our attic). Not hard, right?!
Well, you're right, it wasn't HARD, but it was MISERABLE!!! Jordan was up in the attic for 3 HOURS breathing in the dusty, grossness! And I was on the porch, loading the insulation into the Hopper, and running up and down the stairs to check with Jordan and make sure I should keep loading. Oh, and the ONE TIME I didn't check after 3 bags, we had a MAJOR disaster! Jordan attempted to move the hose to a different spot in our attic, and it slipped and fell out of the attic into the hallway at the top of our stairs! All the while,I'm downstairs loading bag after bag into the machine, which is now SPRAYING ALL OVER our HOUSE!!! Nice, eh?!
Anyways, apart from that, it went smoothly, and we were SO HAPPY when it was done!!!
Like I said...NEVER AGAIN!!!

oh man! That sounds terrible! Isn't that stuff itchy too??
I was wondering what in the heck you were doing over there!!! Yeah, does not sound like one of those "fun" home improvement projects...
No worries, the lung cancer from the insulation particles won't affect you until you are like 60. But seriously, i'm impressed.
